At Frill, we are committed to providing you with the best products and service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below to understand your options.
Lost or Damaged Items
Once your order leaves our care and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We take great care in packaging your products securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, after the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues that occur during transit. If there are issues with lost or damaged items, we recommend that customers contact the shipping courier in relation to their tracking number.
Returns
As a valued customer of Frill, you have 14 days from the date of order placement to return items that were not what you expected or if you received the wrong item. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Support@frillco.io within 14 days of placing your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Prepare Your Return: Once your return request is approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Final sale items or any items marked as non-returnable.
Additional Information
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have already been processed, and you will need to follow the returns process.
